Your support enables the PTO to help the children and our school with yearly startup costs!

PTO startup costs include a Hooper folder and planner for every student, a $8 voucher for 1 book at our upcoming book fair and preparations for our amazing Harvest Festival and Fun Run coming up in the next few months.

 

HOOPER PTO MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

     The PTO has a fun and exciting year planned for the Hoop!  With the help of our entire school community, it will be amazing to see all that we can accomplish.  The Hooper Ave PTO includes the parents and staff of “The Hoop” working together to enrich the lives and education of our children.  Become a part of the PTO today.  Although parent volunteerism is always encouraged and appreciated, by joining the PTO you are in no way obligated to volunteer your time or participate in any events.  Membership is simply a way to show your support of your school.

You've Been Pawed is a fundraiser that offers a unique way to welcome new students have some fun while CREATING A STRONG SENSE OF COMMUNITY and SCHOOL SPIRIT! When you order a Pawing, you provide a NEW Hooper Husky with a unique gift: a yard full of Hooper Husky signs and a welcome message!

 

OUR PAW TEAM WILL SECRETLY PLACE HUSKIE SIGNS IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE YOU PAW. SURPRISE!!! We will then move the pack of pups after 24 hours to another house to welcome another Husky to the Hoop!

The Paw-tastic event is for NEW Hooper Huskies and their families only!  Pawing will begin on Thursday, September 4th.

Philly Pretzel Sale 

 

    Philly Pretzel Purchase Link

 

Purchase your child a Philly Pretzel to be delivered to them during the school day.   Pretzel order forms will be available only once for the 2025-2026 school year.   All orders must be placed by September 29th.  When ordering pretzels, you are ordering 8 pretzels that will be delivered to your child's classroom throughout the school year.  All students buying a pretzel MUST pre-order.   Pretzels will be individually wrapped and delivered to their classroom prior to lunch 8 times during the school year (see the delivery dates below).   The dates are subject to change, based upon Toms River Schools' schedule; however, pretzels will delivered 8 times through out the year.  

 

October 9th, November 13th, December 11th, January 8th, February 5th, March 5th, April 16th, May 7th.

 

During school the week of September 15th- September 19th

The PTO will provide each student with a $8 voucher that can be used towards the purchase of one book from our Scholastic Book Fair.

September 26th

Students can shop for school related items ranging from $.25-$3.00. Please send CASH ONLY in an envelope or bag labeled with your child's name and teacher. Mystery bags are available for $2.00 while supplies last. PTO volunteers are available to help students shop
